Why Titanium hardware?
Our products are made from 6AL-4V Grade 5 Titanium which provides exceptionally high tensile strength and are super lightweight. These fasteners have been tested to be stronger than Grade 8 Stainless Steel bolts, all while maintaining a beautiful anodized finish.
What colors are available?
Currently we have the following colors that are available:

Why don't you offer red as a color option?
The titanium coloring process is not a dye process like aluminum. Titanium coloring is and effect of light refraction and true red is not possible. Click Here for a in-depth explanation
What is your return policy?
In the event you received our products and weren't able to install them i.e. meteor hit your car or it spontaneously combusted we will accept returns. We realize that these are common every day occurrence, but in the incredibly unlikely event that you don't like the product we will also accept your return. There will be a 15% restocking fee and we ask is that the hardware was not installed. Once we receive the shipment we will inspect it and upon approval we will promptly issue a refund.
Do all of your bolts/nuts have rolled threads?
Yes. All of our bolts have rolled threads.
What is the temperature limit of your anodizing?
The electrolytic process is resistant up to 1,200 Fahrenheit.
Can I return or exchange products purchased from your store?
Yes, we will accept an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery ONLY if the product is returned unopened and in its original condition. If there are any issues with the product you have received then we strongly recommend you send us an email straight away to email@example.com and we can then work with you to sort the problem out. All return postage costs are at the customer's expense and risk.
Order Processing time?
It requires 1-2 business days to process orders. During busy peak seasons, it may take 2-3 days due to high volume of orders. We will do our best to service you as fast as we can.
How do orders ship?
Most orders will ship via USPS, unless otherwise noted. Tracking is automatically sent to your email once your order has been processed.

Shipping costs will vary based on your location and shipping method. To best determine shipping costs, add the items into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You can check the shipping options and costs before finalizing your checkout.
Response time to emails & questions?
It generally takes us 1-2 business days to respond to emails. this time may vary depending on the volume of emails we receive.
Do you offer custom sizing?
We can create custom sized hardware, however we do require a 50 piece minimum order of each custom size and require a lead time of 6 weeks once the custom order is placed.

Yes, we have all of our hardware individually listed for sale here.
