Return & Cancellation Policy


Any return for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days of receiving your order and must be authorized prior to shipping with an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization). Click Here to submit your return request to our customer support team.  As long as your request meets our return policy requirements you will receive an email with your return instruction and RMA#.  If we have additional questions about your return or it does not meet our return policy then you will be notified via email.  

The customer will be responsible for all shipping fees and any import/export fees.  In the event of a return or exchange due to a defect, our customer support team will provide a pre-paid shipping label vis USPS. 

Once we receive the item it will be inspected and a refund will be issued accordingly.  All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, exceptions: defective products.  Please allow 7-14 business days after we have received your return for inspection and refund processing.
