About the job

This position is for a dedicated team player with an eye for detail. We are looking for an enthusiastic fulfillment specialist to work with our team in Lynchburg, VA. Attention to detail is an absolute must since you will be making sure our products are properly processed, labeled, and packaged.

What you'll be doing - Driving success by:

• Ensuring incoming orders match associated packing slips
• Processing orders accurately and in a timely manner
• Fulfilling orders by assembling products, packaging orders, and printing shipping labels
• Assisting the Fulfillment Manager with all inbound and outbound fulfillment operations and inventory tracking
• Maintaining a working knowledge of the Dress Up Bolts product line

Your skills - Help the team and yourself with the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment
• Driving continuous efficiency and quality improvements for world-class customer satisfaction
• Ability to analyze and continuously improve current conditions and communicate clearly through email
• Being an all-around good guy or gal and giving the team additional support as needed

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Sit or stand for extended periods of time without being able to leave the work area
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must occasionally work on weekends and/or holidays as needed to accommodate fluctuations in growth.
