New Return/Exchange Center
Over the past few months, we have been reviewing ways we can make our dealer and customer experience on our website better. We recently underwent a major website design change that includes new features like Quick Checkout and the ability to select your countries currency.
For our dealers, we created a dealer portal to keep you up-to-date with the latest news, product releases, and order history.
We have gotten a lot of positive feedback from these changes and realized it was time to focus on how we can improve once our products have been shipped.
We are excited to announce the launch of our automated return center. Using this new feature customers and dealers can input their order number and email address and to create an RMA and begin the return/exchange process. Return instructions will be automatically emailed walk you through the steps required to make sure your return is processed correctly and on time. To access the return center simply scroll down to the website footer and select Returns.
